How we handle your details

What we collect

When you ask for investor updates, we keep the details you type: your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), how you heard about Propeller, and whether you told us you're an accredited investor. We don't verify that last answer from the form.

Why

Only to contact you about Propeller and a possible investment, and to set up a meeting with the founders. We don't send newsletters or marketing to this list, and we never sell or rent your details.

Where it's kept

In our investor-relations system on Amazon Web Services in the United States, encrypted at rest and in transit. Only Propeller's founders and staff who run our investor relations can see it.

Bot protection

The form uses Google reCAPTCHA to keep automated spam out. Google receives signals from your browser to tell people from bots, under Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

How long we keep it

For as long as we're talking with you about an investment. If there's no contact for 24 months, we remove your details. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop hearing from us, email john@propellerswimming.com. We'll do it within 30 days.
